This place was top notch, one of the best I’ve stayed at. Everything looked brand new, modern and well maintained. So many little things that stood out… well stocked kitchen supplies, mints and candies, little notes from the host, creative decor, outside lighting. The patio area with fire pit was perfect for our group. Comfortable beds and high quality linens.

Nicole was a wonderful host, and the home was beautiful. Everything was clean, and cozy and made my family and I feel right at home. She had everything stocked in the house which was wonderful to show up to (toiletries, paper necessities, etc), everything was well taken care of and we had everything we needed during our stay. Nicole was so responsive and kind, and quick to assist us with anything we needed or questions we had during our stay. She made our stay SO easy this week and so relaxing, 10/10 recommend staying here and would absolutely stay again. Thank you for everything!!!

This was a fantastic stay! The home is beautiful inside with great outdoor space, extremely clean, and very well equipped, with convenient laundry and thoughtful touches throughout. It’s close to the MOST beautiful beaches, and the host’s recommendations for local dining and activities were spot-on and incredibly helpful for our family with 3 small children. We truly appreciated all the area resources provided and can’t wait to come back. Nicole was very responsive, professional and kind!

We were a large family party of 12 coming from different parts of the country for my daughter’s wedding. This home was perfect - no one felt crammed together. The home was spacious for everyone to maintain comfort and privacy. From the clean floors to the bathrooms, we could not find anything unsatisfactory about this home or presentation. It is a super short drive to Anna Maria island, close distance to several restaurants and a Winn-Dixie grocery store - which is convenient for a large party!
My favorite surprise was the champagne and wedding cookies left by our hosts that we happily shared at my daughter’s Bridal Shower.
I would recommend this home and this Host 100x over for any family or persons visiting the Bradenton/Sarasota area.

We had a great time at Nicole’s place. Especially liking the details of the house. Also, it is very well equipped, including beach chairs and fishing rods, that will make your stay so convenient.

This was a great place for our family of 12 to fit comfortably during the Thanksgiving holiday. The house is within a short distance of the beautiful beaches this area has to offer, IMG, NCF, and local shops/restaurants. We felt close to everything. We enjoyed the cleanliness, and the personal touches. They really strive to make you feel comfortable in each space.

We came to Bradenton for a lax tournament and wanted to stay close to IMG. This was super close to IMG, close to a lot of things to do in the area and super close to Anna Marie Island. The home was decorated super cute, spotless and super cute. It was perfect! I am super thankful for the well-stocked kitchen - multiple size pots n pans, a spice rack, tools that you actually need when cooking. I feel like lots of AirBnBs forget these things and this home was very well equipped. There is a guest book where you can write some of the places you tried and went to to help other guests. Probably the best AirBnB I have stayed at all around. I will definitely rent again if we come back to this tournament next year!

Nicole and Dustin are amazing hosts. My 98 year old passed away and our family was in Bradenton for a Celebration of Life for him. To complicate an already difficult time, Hurricane Helene hit the Bradenton area on the day we were to fly into Tampa. Nicole kept us informed of the weather and was totally supportive when we had to move our rental time back 2 days. Then when we checked in we found a sympathy card from Nicole and Dustin!! Then shortly after we arrived Dustin came by to welcome us personally and answer any questions we had. The home itself was exactly as described. Very clean, great amenities, very comfortable and very convenient to everything in Bradenton. I can't say enough about how grateful and appreciative we are for Nicole's and Dustin's flexibility, hospitality and kindness. Thank You!! Thank You!! Thank You!!

Nicole was so sweet. We went to celebrate my daughters birthday and she got her a present and she love it. The house is beautiful, very clean and closed to shopping, food and the beach! We loved our a stayed we definitely be back.
