Our stay in Cortez in this accommodation was amazing.
First- the accommodation was exactly as described, very comfortable and extremely well equipped.
Second- the property is very well situated and close to everything we like to do while in the area. Also, easily accessible from highways and local shopping.
Lastly - we will be back! Can’t ask for a better place to stay.

There are so many great things I could say about this home! Very close to the beach, very clean, lots of helpful tips from the owner as well as many added amenities and thoughtful touches! We will definitely return if we find ourselves in Bradenton again!

We have been traveling often to the Sarasota area to visit our son who plays basketball at New College. He always talks about how much he likes the Bradenton and Anna Maria beaches. So this visit we were looking for something midways to the beach and school. This was perfect! The house is wonderful!!! I would give it 10 stars if I could. Decorated perfect and had small touches that went over and beyond. She had great recommendations for the area that was very helpful. I honestly have never stayed somewhere that was almost perfect and Nicole's place was!!! Having beach chairs available was a blessing because I have a small car and that would have taken up so much room. The back porch area was nice also. Hope to stay here again soon! I would recommend this duplex to anyone.

There's a lot to love here, so I'll do my best.
Nicole and Dustin have clearly put real thought into the guest experience — everything you need is already there, from the small stuff like a laundry basket to local recommendations that actually make a difference. The location is a sweet spot: quiet and beautiful, but with easy access to Anna Maria Island, the beaches, and Sarasota. The fishing and seafood in this area are absolutely to die for. And the rental itself is immaculate — I've stayed in enough places to know that "guest ready" isn't always a given, but this place nails it.
I'll be telling everyone I know. Highly recommend.

We stayed at Nicole’s Airbnb for my wife’s birthday, and it exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect-close to the beach, great local attractions, and, most importantly, plenty of excellent restaurants nearby.
We were welcomed with ambient music and a spotless, well-prepared space, which made the experience even more special. My wife was very happy with our stay, and that meant everything to me.
We would absolutely recommend Nicole’s Airbnb to anyone and would gladly stay again.

We had a wonderful stay. The property was as described. We had plenty of space, everything was very clean. Nicole was extremely proactive and gave us recommendations on events happening in the area. We look forward to being able to stay here in the future!

Fanatic host! Had a great time, the place works well for multi-family use, easy access to the beach, food, etc.
Super responsive to messages, everything was clean and ready to go!
Fridge in one side stated to leak water and when notified host, they coordinated to get a repair scheduled around our schedule to not interrupt our vacation.
10/10 would recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! It was clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. Nicole was responsive and kept us informed, check in was a breeze. Just a short drive to AMI - amazing beaches and delicious restaurants. Our kids begged to come back as soon as we left!

Great little Spring Break stay! We loved that we could bring our family dog and that there was already a crate there with everything we needed for her. Short drive to beautiful beaches and convenient waterfront restaurants for breakfast lunch or dinner! With 3 young kids we’re always picky where we stay and this was the perfect location for us with just enough space and entertainment/games for them.

This place was top notch, one of the best I’ve stayed at. Everything looked brand new, modern and well maintained. So many little things that stood out… well stocked kitchen supplies, mints and candies, little notes from the host, creative decor, outside lighting. The patio area with fire pit was perfect for our group. Comfortable beds and high quality linens.
